NOOR BIOTECH Consultancy

Trusted culture and molecular results, made in your own laboratory.

We help private laboratories in Sudan start and run microbiology and molecular diagnostics: blood culture, ID/AST, qPCR, point-of-care PCR and LAMP. We source the equipment, train your staff and stay with you after go-live.

An antibiogram plate. The clear ring around each disc shows how well an antibiotic stops the bacteria. Reading it correctly is what we train your team to do.

Three ways we support your laboratory

Use one, two or all three. Most laboratories start with equipment and training, then keep a consultant on call.

Procurement support

We find, compare and order the systems and kits your test menu needs, and follow the shipment until it reaches you.

  • ID/AST systems and blood culture bottles
  • qPCR, point-of-care PCR and LAMP kits
  • Instruments matched to your volume, power and storage

Staff training and SOPs

Hands-on training in your own laboratory, with written procedures that fit your equipment and your team.

  • Blood culture, ID and AST reading (CLSI/EUCAST)
  • qPCR and LAMP set-up, contamination control
  • Biosafety, quality control and competency checks

Continuous supervision

A named microbiology or molecular biology consultant who checks your results and quality every month.

  • Regular visits and quick remote answers
  • QC review and external quality assessment support
  • Monthly report showing what to fix first

See how your quality is moving

Good results are not a one-day achievement. Each month your consultant reviews the numbers that show whether the section is working, and tells you plainly what to improve.

  • Contamination rate in culture and PCR runs
  • Blood culture positivity
  • Turnaround time from sample to report
  • Control results, run by run

Where laboratories usually begin

Independent laboratory
Start with Starter, then move to Standard once the section is running. Choose Partner if you plan to grow PCR or blood culture at volume.
Laboratory in a small hospital
Standard fits best. We also help connect your results to infection control and antibiotic prescribing. Revenue arrangements are agreed in writing with hospital management.
Laboratory in a polyclinic
Start with culture and point-of-care tests. For molecular tests, a referral model to a central laboratory can save you from buying equipment that sits unused.

Procurement you can check line by line

You own everything you buy. We do not lease equipment, hold stock or add hidden costs, and every quote shows the supplier price, shipping and our handling fee.

Questions laboratories ask us

Do you sell or lease equipment?

No. We source it for you and your laboratory pays the supplier price plus our handling fee. The equipment belongs to you from delivery.

Can we start with training only?

Yes. Many laboratories begin with the Starter package and buy equipment when they are ready. We can also work with equipment you already own.

How long does set-up take?

Training takes three days on site. The full timeline depends on shipping and clearance, and we give you an estimate in your proposal.

Who is responsible for the results we report?

Your laboratory remains responsible for its licence, clinical decisions and reported results. We provide technical advice, training and supervision to help you get those right.

Can you work with our location?

We assess each location together. Where a visit is difficult, we support you remotely and plan on-site work around transport and security conditions.

Is our information kept private?

Yes. Everything you share about your laboratory, staff and results is treated as confidential.

Tell us about your laboratory

Send us a short message with your laboratory type, the tests you run today and the ones you want to add. We will reply with a suggested package and a time for a free discovery call.
